My Back Surgery Journey

Day 8 Wanted to try something new low step at 126 BPM for 1 hour (no twisting). TRX & DB work added wall tubing exercises for upper back and ankle weights for abduction and quad work. Scary challenge incline plank for 30 sec 2 rounds. Also took 2 walks outside today. 15,702 steps
