Group Spin-straight up fat melting, power cardio Spin class. That’s right, stay on that bike, but don’t get comfortable because, as Sherry says…just 1 more round...of ###!!!  Never boring and always a challenge!  Heart Rate Program (watch your HR levels on big screen) is utilized during this program and yes we do hit the RED!  Classes ranges from 60-90 minutes and may include muscle sculpting at the end.

Cardio Boxing-45 minutes of all out boxing.  High calorie burning, easy on the knees, and a great core workout! Join us every Wednesday at 5:15P

Stretch & Restore AND Still Going Strong ARE  group fitness CLASSES that assist individuals to Get Back To Fitness no matter what level or physical challenge you may be facing.  Led by SHERRY MCCAY, BSN, RN & Marilyn Pasquarelli, Ph.D.  Classes focus on posture, strength, cardio, balance, core stability & strength, & flexibility.

Weekend Warrior may include SPIN,BATTLING Ropes, kettlebells, boxing, jump ropes, tires, weights, bosu, and so much more.  Weekend Warrior is always a fun filled challenge utilizing programs such as TRX & Tabata Bootcamp.  Program can be adjusted for all fitness levels and is led by Sherry McCay, BSN, RN.
