Turbokicktm the most popular kickboxing program in the country-straight from Laguna Beach, California!  Turbokick is a fun, safe and effective mixture of cardio kickboxing-interval training-strength conditioning choreographed to exciting music!  Class begins with a sports specific warm-up, an advanced cardio section, using intensity intervals of kickboxing and increased tempo "sprints", followed by work-recovery segments.  Don't forget the Turbo Session!!!  What you want it again?  Turbo Coretm is a spin off from turbokick.  The creator has taken turbokick and made it even more challenging.  Turbocore incorporates stability balls to work the core and legs to the max!   Taught by Sherry McCay, RN.  Visit on-line at www.turbokick.com 

Sherry's Sports Iron Yoga not your average yoga class!  Sherry has combined sports specific strengthening moves, pilates, yoga, tai chi, and martial arts all in one exciting never boring class!  Weights, medicine balls, stability balls, tubing, dynabands, and steps are all put to use.  You will achieve strength, sculpting, flexibility, balance, an anaerobic/aerobic challenge, and most of all core strength and stability.  Try this one you won't believe what you can achieve!  Guys this is no sissy class!  Join Candace Rodda, RN(Orthopaedic Surgical RN & runner) in Dynamic Stretch.  This class focuses on simple but effective stretches for those that are experiencing areas of inflexibility,including ITB & lower back.  Candace will teach you a simple and quick stretching program that can be done everyday anywhere.  Class is appropriate for all levels, including athletes.

Interval Muscle
is a non-stop, strength training class using high reps, low weight, cardio drills, and no rest!  This fast paced training program is designed for maximum muscular endurance and maximum sculpting results.  The program trains your heart and your muscles at the same.  Great for those needing to build bone mass.    

Step and Sculpt
high intensity, low impact movement performed on and off the step.  Class may include circuit training, stability balls, weights, tubing, and dynabands.  Taught by Cynthia Martinsen, DO.

Run/Walk Clinic facilitated by Candace Rodda, RN meets at Sherry's Custom Fitness every Saturday at 8am rain or shine.  Have you always wanted to run but thought you couldn't?  It is never too late!  Meet members of all ages running for the first time in their lives.  Young and older adults join together for a good time.  Stretching follows every clinic.

Jab, Pump, & Jump pace yourself or go the limit!  Intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning drills to firm you up and slim you down.  This high energy muscle pumping, calorie crushing workout incorporates jump rope, boxing, and weight lifting drills.  Easy to follow and easily modified to all levels.

Plyo Muscle this class includes powerful ahtletic movements along with weight training.
